• You will need to present a valid ID or a copy of your passport. Passport and ID numbers are requested for security reasons in the aviation industry
• Please note that the price includes the photo shoot for 2 people
• Please contact the provider to arrange the pickup time and organization of the event according to your needs. You will find the phone number of the provider on your booking confirmation
• This activity depends on weather conditions. If it needs to be canceled because of bad weather conditions, the supplier will organize a new date with you
• Please note, that you will enjoy a connected flight: the balloon rises to a certain height from the ground, tied to ropes from all quarters. You can rise up to 30 meters above the ground which will guarantee you beautiful views
• The video and photo shooting will start the moment you leave your house (if you wish) and will continue when you meet the hot air balloon until the end of the event: next to the hot air balloon, in its dome as soon as it starts to inflate, and while you are flying

All sales of next day tour packages are final*.

For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.
