Swimming at Olympos Beach: The first stop of the Jeep Safari takes place at Olympos beach. Located around imposing mountains full of trees, this golden sandy beach is the ideal place to enjoy refreshing swimming. Take advantage of your free time there to explore the bay, or sunbathe and swim.
The tour guide will then accompany you for a visit at the ancient city of Olympos. The site includes many Roman and Byzantine ruins of great importance. As you listen to the history of the site, you can observe a theatre, temples, and a necropolis among other ruins.
Off-road driving: The Jeep Safari continues with an off-road driving session towards the next stop of the schedule. The imposing and serene beauty of nature will capture your attention as the Jeep drives you through dusty paths.
30-minute Hiking: At the end of the off-road experience, you will hike for 30 minutes in the national park until you reach Chimaera. Hiking is a popular activity in this specific area as the natural setting is just splendid.
Chimaera: The hiking finishes when you reach Yanartas or Chimaera. The spot is also known as the eternal fire, as there are flames on the rocks burning naturally for almost 1000 years. During antiquity, the flames were serving as a lighthouse for the ships. There, you will have some free time to snap some photos and explore this natural wonder.
Dinner and return: The last part of the tour includes dinner at Ulupınar restaurant known as the waterfall restaurant, which has a unique beauty for dinner. Fish or chicken salads and appetizers are served. Drinks are extra.
By the end of the dinner, the Jeep will drive you back to Kemer full of great memories from this alternative experience.
***This tour includes a walk in the ancient city of Olympos and Yanartaş. The hike from the entrance to Chimaera takes about 30 minutes in the field.
