Tour Package Booking and Cancellation Policy

  1. All purchases of next day tour packages are final, and non-refundable. The customer will only be refunded if the tour operator cancels the tour due to weather or other, unforeseen events. In such case, the customer will have the option to receive a full refund, change tour dates, or receive a voucher of equal value to be used on another tour package of same value.
  2. For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value to be used on another tour package of same value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund or voucher.
  3. No refund will be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services included in the tour fare but not utilized by the Customer, either in part or full, or where the Customer amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.
  4. We understand that unexpected changes can occur due to weather conditions. Should the tour operator cancel the tour anytime prior to the tour, all customers will be offered the choice of attending the same tour on a different day, a full refund of the purchase price, or a voucher of equal value to be used on another tour package of same value.
  5. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.

Any questions or concerns regarding the tour package should be handled before purchase is made. The customer must have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the tour before purchase.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

At Vibrante Tourism, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes, cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure a smooth cancellation process and to be eligible for a refund, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Period: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made with a minimum of 15 days’ notice before the scheduled check-in date.

  2. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your hotel reservation at least 15 days in advance, you will be eligible for a refund of the booking amount, minus any applicable cancellation fees, if any.

  3. Cancellation Fees: Depending on the specific hotel’s policies and terms, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of this fee can vary, so it’s essential to check the individual hotel’s cancellation policy before making your reservation. If you cancel your reservation within the specified cancellation period, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation cost.

  4. Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is received and processed by Vibrante Tourism, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

  5. Non-Refundable Reservations: Some hotels may offer non-refundable rates that do not qualify for a refund, even if canceled well in advance. It is essential to check the reservation terms and conditions before booking if you want a fully refundable option. Some Early Booking and Promotion rates may be non-refundable. In such cases, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the cancellation period.

  6. Modification: If your travel plans change, and you wish to modify your reservation instead of canceling, please contact us at least 15 days before your scheduled check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable rate adjustments.

  7. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date may not be eligible for a refund, and you may be subject to additional penalties imposed by the hotel.

  8. No-Show: If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, it may be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, the hotel’s policy may result in the forfeiture of your booking amount.
