• Towels, swimsuits, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, camera
• Be cautious of the slippery and wet surfaces inside the waterpark
• Before sliding, all jewelry, watches, eyeglasses, and sunglasses must be removed
• Kemer Dolusu Waterpark does not allow food or drinks from outside

All sales of next day tour packages are final*.

For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.

*We understand that unexpected changes can occur due to weather conditions. If your tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other, unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or a tour voucher of equal value for a future experience with us.
