For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.
*We understand that unexpected changes can occur due to weather conditions. If your tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other, unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or a tour voucher of equal value for a future experience with us.
Your adventure begins after tour pick up from your hotel. At the starting point of the Jeep Safari excursion, you will meet your own personal guide, who will be the person in charge to provide all necessary information in regards to the schedule. You will love the breath taking and picturesque views that Taurus Maintains has to offer.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to see some small Turkish villages when the Safari convoy will be passing through the dusty off-road trails. If you are a nature lover, then it is worth to mention that there are few stops during the Antalya Jeep Safari excursion where you can enjoy nature at its maximum, full of beautiful smells and colours. Stop overs are also great opportunities for photos of the extraordinary scenery that is full of trees and flowers.
Yumaklar village will be the stop at an altitude of 920mt. Get the chance to experience from first hand and learn interesting facts about the lifestyle of a small village by visiting a traditional folklore house. Your adventurous trip continues with a launch break at a traditional local Turkish restaurant. You will be notified prior to the tour and offered the tour on another day or you will get a full refund.
An air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you in the lobby. Should he not find you, he will ask for you at the reception desk. After the tour you will be dropped off outside your hotel.
Just call our hotline number specified on the tour voucher if the pick-up bus has not arrived 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time on the tour voucher and we will sort it out with the tour operator and call you back. This may happen when the tour operator is picking up other customers before you.
That is not a problem but the tour operator would like to have the tour voucher to facilitate their administration. You can show the voucher on your smartphone or just note down the tour voucher number.
Should the customer not be present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the tour voucher, or does not go on the tour for other reasons, no refund is applicable no matter the reason (including medical reasons) and any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer's travel insurance company.
Should the tour operator fail to pick-up the customer, the customer (or the hotel reception) must call our hotline telephone number specified on the tour voucher 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time. Any other means of communication (e-mail etc) is strictly not accepted. Should the tour operator claim that they were at the place and time specified on the tour voucher and we have not received such a telephone call from the customer no refund is applicable. To prove the case request may be made to tour operator for GPS tracker log, photos etc and to customer for contact details of hotel staff witness, photos, hotel CCTV footage etc.
