For hands-on contact, a dolphin encounter brings you face to face as you stand on a platform in the water.

This venue offers daily dolphin and seal shows, where visitors can watch these beautiful animals perform various stunts and tricks. The shows are both entertaining and educational, providing visitors with insight into the intelligence and behavior of dolphins and seals.

All sales of next day tour packages are final*.

For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.

*We understand that unexpected changes can occur due to weather conditions. If your tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other, unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or a tour voucher of equal value for a future experience with us.

Do I need to carry any cash?

It's a good idea to have some cash on hand when going on a tour, as some places may not accept credit cards or other forms of electronic payment. Additionally, you may want to have some cash for tipping tour guides, buying souvenirs or snacks, or other incidental expenses.

The amount of cash you should bring will depend on the type and duration of the tour, as well as the destinations and activities involved. It's a good idea to research the places you'll be visiting and estimate the costs of any purchases or services you may need.

However, it's also important to keep your cash secure while on tour, so consider carrying only what you need for the day and leaving the rest in a safe place, such as a hotel safe or a secure wallet.

Can I book a tour with you and pay for the tour when I get picked-up?

No, we only accept advanced payment.

What happens if the tour is cancelled by the tour operator?

You will be notified prior to the tour and offered the tour on another day or you will get a full refund.

How will I be picked-up for the tour?

An air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you in the lobby. Should he not find you, he will ask for you at the reception desk. After the tour you will be dropped off outside your hotel.

What if the bus is not coming to pick us up?

Just call our hotline number specified on the tour voucher if the pick-up bus has not arrived 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time on the tour voucher and we will sort it out with the tour operator and call you back. This may happen when the tour operator is picking up other customers before you.

What if I cannot print or forget to bring the tour voucher to the tour?

That is not a problem but the tour operator would like to have the tour voucher to facilitate their administration. You can show the voucher on your smartphone or just note down the tour voucher number.

No Show

Should the customer not be present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the tour voucher, or does not go on the tour for other reasons, no refund is applicable no matter the reason (including medical reasons) and any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer's travel insurance company.

Should the tour operator fail to pick-up the customer, the customer (or the hotel reception) must call our hotline telephone number specified on the tour voucher 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time. Any other means of communication (e-mail etc) is strictly not accepted. Should the tour operator claim that they were at the place and time specified on the tour voucher and we have not received such a telephone call from the customer no refund is applicable. To prove the case request may be made to tour operator for GPS tracker log, photos etc and to customer for contact details of hotel staff witness, photos, hotel CCTV footage etc.
