Hotels within the borders of Antalya & Around. There is a free hotel pick-up/drop-off service for this tour if you are staying at a hotel in Antalya or nearby.
Antalya covers a large area, and there are many hotels throughout the city. Because of the large area and distance between the hotels, there are time differences of up to one hour for pickup. If you are unsure of the location of your hotel, please contact us before making your reservations.
Following the completion of your booking, our team will contact you to let you know the exact pick-up time for your tour via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Even though our drivers try their best to be punctual, there might be some short delays due to traffic or other reasons up to 15 minutes. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales of next-day tour packages are final*.
For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.
*We understand that unexpected changes can occur due to weather conditions. If your tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other, unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or a tour voucher of equal value for a future experience with us.
We'll start by picking you up and heading to the stunning Düden Waterfall area for a 30-minute photo stop. Known as Karpuzkaldıran, it offers breathtaking views. Next, we'll make our way to one of Antalya's largest stores, Urgentum, for a 45-minute shopping break. Renowned for its variety, it's a must-visit spot. From there, we'll head to the marina area for dinner at a restaurant (for those who have chosen this option). Following dinner, we'll embark on a boat tour to catch the sunset (optional). After the boat tour, you'll have 1.5 hours of free time to explore the famous Kaleiçi Region. You can visit landmarks like Hadrian's Gate and the fluted minaret, immersing yourself in the ancient charm of Kaleiçi. We'll reconvene at the meeting area after the free time, and hop on our disco bus for a music-filled journey back to our hotels.
You will be notified prior to the tour and offered the tour on another day or you will get a full refund.
An air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you in the lobby. Should he not find you, he will ask for you at the reception desk. After the tour you will be dropped off outside your hotel.
Just call our hotline number specified on the tour voucher if the pick-up bus has not arrived 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time on the tour voucher and we will sort it out with the tour operator and call you back. This may happen when the tour operator is picking up other customers before you.
That is not a problem but the tour operator would like to have the tour voucher to facilitate their administration. You can show the voucher on your smartphone or just note down the tour voucher number.
Should the customer not be present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the tour voucher, or does not go on the tour for other reasons, no refund is applicable no matter the reason (including medical reasons) and any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer's travel insurance company. Should the tour operator fail to pick-up the customer, the customer (or the hotel reception) must call our hotline telephone number specified on the tour voucher 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time. Any other means of communication (e-mail etc) is strictly not accepted. Should the tour operator claim that they were at the place and time specified on the tour voucher and we have not received such a telephone call from the customer no refund is applicable. To prove the case request may be made to tour operator for GPS tracker log, photos etc and to customer for contact details of hotel staff witness, photos, hotel CCTV footage etc.
