For all tour bookings made in advance, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat if you’re unable to participate. If you choose to cancel before the 24-hour deadline, we can offer a full refund or a voucher of equal value. If you do not cancel prior to the 24-hour deadline, you will not receive a refund or voucher*. All refunds must be collected in person, with original receipt as proof of purchase.
*We understand that unexpected changes can occur due to weather conditions. If your tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other, unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or a tour voucher of equal value for a future experience with us.
Pick up: You will be picked up by bus from your hotel in Antalya, early in the morning. Approximate pick-up time and further details are given upon booking. Road trip to Pamukkale: The road trip takes around three hours and a half, take your time to relax in the comfortable bus or observe the views. A professional tour guide will be with you during the day, so feel free to ask anything you might want to know about the schedule or Pamukkale in general. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast and relax in comfort. After arriving in Pamukkale, you will first enjoy a hot air balloon flight. An experienced pilot will explain every aspect of this experience. During the process, you can also watch them fill the balloon with hot air and take some pictures. Exceptional sunrise and views: As the balloon starts rising above the ground, you can expect to feel the first adrenaline boosts. The flight is slow and smooth, allowing you to get the best views. More precisely, during the flight, you can spot the main sites in Pamukkale, the Cotton Castle and the ancient city of Hierapolis. The most breath-taking moment, however, is the sunrise. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience to see the sunrise, while perched high above the ground. The flight finishes with a short celebration during which you will toast with a glass of champagne and relive what you have just experienced. Sightseeing in Pamukkale: After the flight, you will have some time to visit the infamous Cotton Castle, the antique thermal pool, famously referred to as Cleopatra’s pool, and the ancient city of Hierapolis. Your tour guide will provide interesting and important information about the sites. Lunch and Return: After your exploration, and before leaving Pamukkale, the guide will take you to a local restaurant, where you will have a delicious lunch. The lunch is included in the price of this tour. This full-day tour finishes during the afternoon, when the bus drops you off at your hotel in Antalya.
